Terms of use
MSM Global Consulting Private Limited, operating Table Foundry · Website: tablefoundry.co.in
Effective and last updated
1. Who we are
1.1 This website (tablefoundry.co.in) and the Table Foundry software, including restaurant ordering pages at order.tablefoundry.co.in, QR menus, WhatsApp messages and dashboards (together, the “Platform”), are run by MSM Global Consulting Private Limited, a company registered under the Companies Act, 2013, with its registered office at 133, Durga Mandir Road, Rustam Pur, Batia Hata, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh 273016 (CIN U71100UP2025PTC214864, GSTIN 09AASCM8495J1ZC) (“Table Foundry”, “we”, “us”).
1.2 These terms are an electronic record under the Information Technology Act, 2000 and don’t need a signature.
2. Who these terms cover
2.1 Visitors: anyone using this website, including the commission calculator, articles and demo booking.
2.2 Restaurants: food businesses that subscribe to Table Foundry. Restaurants also accept the Restaurant Partner Terms at onboarding. If the two conflict, the Partner Terms win.
2.3 By using the Platform you accept these terms and our Privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use it.
3. What Table Foundry does and doesn’t do
3.1 Table Foundry is a software provider. We give restaurants an ordering page, QR ordering, customer management, WhatsApp messaging, kitchen routing, delivery booking and reports.
3.2 We don’t sell food. On every ordering page, the restaurant named on the page is the seller. Orders on those pages are governed by the restaurant’s own terms and policies, not these terms.
3.3 We don’t collect, hold or settle diner payments. Payments on ordering pages go directly into the restaurant’s own account with an RBI-authorised payment gateway (currently Razorpay). Table Foundry is not a payment aggregator and doesn’t receive any part of those payments.
3.4 We don’t deliver food. Restaurants deliver with their own staff or through their own account with a delivery company (currently uEngage Flash). Table Foundry only books the rider on the restaurant’s account.
4. Restaurant subscriptions
4.1 Plans, prices and what’s included are shown on our Pricing page and in Schedule 1 of the Restaurant Partner Terms. Prices are in rupees and exclude GST.
4.2 Subscriptions are paid in advance for the full plan. There’s no commission and no per-order fee.
4.3 WhatsApp message charges are not included in the subscription. Meta charges for every WhatsApp message. The restaurant pays these charges directly to Meta’s authorised WhatsApp Business Solution Provider, under that provider’s terms and rates. Table Foundry doesn’t collect, hold or resell message credit and isn’t responsible for the provider’s charges. If the restaurant’s credit runs out, messages pause until it’s topped up.
4.4 A plan starts on the go-live date, not the payment date. Plans don’t renew automatically.
4.5 Refunds on subscriptions are covered in our Refund and cancellation policy.
4.6 The restaurant is responsible for its own payment gateway account, gateway fees, WhatsApp message credit, delivery wallet, food licences (including FSSAI), taxes on food sales and refunds to its diners.
5. Using this website
5.1 The commission calculator and any savings, repeat-order or revenue figures on this website are examples. They aren’t a promise of results for any restaurant.
5.2 Information you submit (for example in the calculator or a demo booking) is handled under our Privacy policy.
6. Acceptable use
You must not:
- (a) use the Platform for anything unlawful;
- (b) pretend to be someone else;

We may suspend access or report to the authorities if you break these rules.
7. Intellectual property
7.1 The Platform, its software, design, text, logos, the Table Foundry name and our reports belong to Table Foundry or our licensors.
7.2 Restaurant names, logos, menus and photos belong to the restaurants and are shown with their permission.
8. Third parties
The Platform relies on services we don’t control, including Meta (WhatsApp), payment gateways, delivery companies, POS providers such as Petpooja, and cloud hosting. Their own terms apply to your use of them, and we aren’t responsible for their outages or decisions.
9. Disclaimers and liability
9.1 The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available”, to the extent the law allows.
9.2 Table Foundry isn’t responsible for the food, delivery or refunds on any restaurant’s ordering page. These are the restaurant’s responsibility.
9.3 We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential loss, or loss of profit, revenue, goodwill or data.
9.4 Our total liability to a visitor is limited to ₹1,000. Our liability to a restaurant is set out in the Restaurant Partner Terms.
9.5 Nothing here limits liability that Indian law doesn’t allow us to limit, or any right you have under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Grievances and support

We may change the Platform or these terms. The current version, with its date, is always on this page. Using the Platform after a change means you accept it.
12. Law and disputes
12.1 These terms are governed by Indian law.
12.2 Raise any dispute with the Grievance Officer first. If it isn’t resolved within 30 days, the courts at Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction. Consumers can still approach a Consumer Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
12.3 Disputes between Table Foundry and a restaurant follow the Restaurant Partner Terms.
13. General
If any part of these terms can’t be enforced, the rest still applies. Not enforcing a term isn’t a waiver. You can’t transfer your rights under these terms. We aren’t liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control. The English version applies over any translation.
