Privacy policy

1. Who we are

Table Foundry is a brand of MSM Global Consulting Private Limited, 133, Durga Mandir Road, Rustam Pur, Batia Hata, Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh 273016 (CIN U71100UP2025PTC214864).

2. Two different roles

On this website we decide how your data is used. If you use the commission calculator, book a demo or email us, we’re responsible for that data.

On a restaurant’s ordering page, the restaurant decides. When you order from a restaurant, your details belong to that restaurant’s customer relationship. Table Foundry processes them only on the restaurant’s instructions, to run the service for that restaurant. The restaurant’s own privacy policy, linked on its page, also applies.

3. What we collect

Website visitors and restaurants:

• name, phone number, email, restaurant name and city
• the figures you enter in the commission calculator
• for subscribing restaurants: business, licence and bank details needed for onboarding and invoicing

Diners, for the restaurant:

• name, mobile number (verified by one-time code) and delivery address
• orders, items, order times and delivery status
• whether you’ve agreed to or opted out of offers on WhatsApp
• customer records the restaurant already holds and gives us (for example from its billing software)

What we don’t collect: card numbers, UPI PINs, bank passwords or other payment details. Payments are handled by the restaurant’s payment gateway (currently Razorpay) on its own secure page. We only receive a confirmation that a payment was made, with its amount and reference number.

4. Why we use it

• to answer your enquiry and book demos
• to set up and run a restaurant’s account, and to invoice it
• to take, route and track orders for the restaurant, and to book delivery on the restaurant’s account
• to send order updates on WhatsApp or SMS
• to send offers on a restaurant’s behalf, only if you haven’t opted out
• to prepare reports for the restaurant
• to keep the Platform secure, prevent fraud and meet legal and tax duties

5. What we never do

• sell personal data
• share one restaurant’s customers with another restaurant
• use a restaurant’s customer list to promote a different restaurant

6. Who we share it with

Only with the service providers we need to run the Platform:

• the restaurant you ordered from
• Meta (WhatsApp Business Platform) and SMS providers, to send messages
• the restaurant’s payment gateway, to take payment
• the restaurant’s delivery company (currently uEngage), to deliver your order: your name, phone and address only
• the restaurant’s POS provider (for example Petpooja), to send orders to the kitchen
• cloud hosting and database providers (including Supabase and Vercel)
• government authorities, when the law requires it

7. Messages and opting out

Offers on WhatsApp are sent on a restaurant’s behalf and show the restaurant’s name. Reply STOP to any message and you won’t get further offers from that restaurant through Table Foundry. Order updates for orders you place will still reach you.

8. How long we keep it

• website enquiries and calculator entries: 24 months, then deleted
• restaurant customer data: for as long as the restaurant subscribes, then returned or deleted as set out in the Restaurant Partner Terms
• invoices and tax records: as long as tax law requires

9. Your rights

You can ask us to:

• tell you what data we hold about you
• correct it
• delete it
• stop sending you offers

Email grievance@tablefoundry.co.in. We delete data within 30 days of a valid request, unless the law requires us to keep it. For a restaurant’s customer data, we may pass your request to that restaurant and act on its instructions.

10. Security

Data is stored with access controls and encrypted connections. Only people who need it to run the service can see it. No system is perfectly secure. If a breach affects you, we’ll tell you and the authorities as the law requires.

The Platform isn’t meant for anyone under 18 without a parent or guardian.
